Desiree is an Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner working with Dr. Slimack. She is a graduate of Concordia University and has been part of the Comp Ortho family since May 2024. Desiree has served in healthcare positions for more than 19 years of which she gained experience in Emergency Room, Urgent Care and Primary Care settings. She specializes in Hip and Knee injections and assisting in the Operating Room with Total Hip and Knee Arthroscopy procedures. She enjoys traveling, cooking and hiking with her dogs.
