Samantha Reedy, DNP

Sam is an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner working with Dr. Gershtenson treating hand and upper extremity conditions. She graduated in 2024 from Rush University with a Doctorate Degree in Nursing and is certified as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care NP. With a lifelong passion for sports and movement, Sam found a natural calling in orthopedic medicine. She enjoys helping patients return to the activities they love. Prior to joining the CompOrtho team, she worked as an RN in surgery at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital.

Sam brings a patient-centered approach to care, blending clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the demands active lifestyles and occupations place on the body. Whether it’s treating sports or occupational injuries, treating the natural processes of aging or supporting recovery after orthopedic surgery, Sam is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Outside of the clinic, Sam stays active through CrossFit, golf, and running. A dedicated traveler, culinary connoisseur and music enthusiast, Sam never misses a chance to catch a live country concert, try a new restaurant or explore a new destination! She very much looks forward to serving our greater Kenosha and Burlington communities.
